When you contact us or request a quote, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property location, requested service and any information you include in your message. If you become a customer, we may also hold information needed to arrange and provide services, keep records and handle payments.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver cleaning services, communicate with you and maintain business and accounting records. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful bases under UK data protection law are taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and running the business, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

Who receives your information

Website enquiry forms are submitted using FormSubmit, which processes the form information and forwards it to our business email. Our business email uses Cloudflare Email Routing and a receiving email provider. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare. We may share relevant information with service providers where necessary to run the business or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage follow-up. Customer and financial records may be kept longer where needed for contracts, tax or other legal obligations. We periodically review information and delete it when no longer needed.

Website technology

We have not intentionally added advertising or analytics tracking cookies to this website. Our hosting provider and third-party services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Some pages load illustrative stock images from Unsplash, which may receive technical information when those images load. If our use of cookies or tracking changes, we will review this policy and any consent requirements.
